These terms and conditions govern the way in which we supply products to you, including any e-learning courses.
Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order to us. These terms tell you : who we are; how we will provide products to you; how you and we can change or end the contract; what to do if there is a problem, and other important information. All rights not expressly granted in these terms are hereby reserved.
You agree to review this agreement periodically to ensure that you are aware of any amendments to this agreement, which may be made at any time
Grant Of Licence
In consideration of your payment, we hereby grant you a licence to use the purchased e-learning courses (“the Products”). This licence is limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable and non-transferable, and is subject to the rights and obligations granted under these Terms.
This licence is personal to you and cannot be shared or exchanged with others.
We provide, manage, and maintain your access, login credentials, and support in every possible way. You aren’t supposed to modify, distribute, or transmit any product or copyrighted material and also not permit anyone else to do so.
Activation of the course would be done once the students have filled the application form and made the payment.
We cannot guarantee the completion or certification once the access period ends. Hence it is student’s responsibility to complete the course within the stipulated time. In case a student is unable to complete the course within the stipulated time, reactivation or extension charges (10% of the course fee) would be applicable for the extensions.
We will try our best to provide you with uninterrupted service. However, for reasons beyond our control like a power outage, server down, software issues, regular maintenance, a programming error, and other unavoidable glitches, content update there might be an interruption.
Students shall get a free extension of the course if there are any interruptions from our end. The period of extension might depend based on the duration of the interruption.
We aim to provide the best quality online study materials hence have the right to change or revise the content, curriculum, and course without any prior intimation.
The account shall be suspended if a student fails to log in within 30 days of course activation or if the subsequent installment is pending. Reactivation charges would be applicable.
Students will be eligible to attend contact programs only after complete payment of the fees, internal exams, and any criteria allotted by the professors or coordinators.
If any false information or forged documents are provided, then the admission stands to be canceled, and we will not be liable for any refund of the fees.
Medvarsity works with third-party payment processing to offer convenient and secure payment methods. We take payments in various currencies, but the student will be liable to pay the conversion charges, including the tax (the access would be given only after successful payment confirmation).
- Cash Payments are subject to the submission of PAN and Aadhar Card.
- NEFT payments are to be made to the following account.

You agree to provide payment for the products in the stipulated currency, and you will be liable to pay any relevant conversion charges, as well as applicable sales tax in your region. Please note that we must receive your payment in full before providing you with access to the products.
If a cheque is dishonored, an additional charge of INR 250/- will be levied.
Late payment penalty of 2% of the course fee would be charged, if the payment is received after 10 days of the amount due date.
- Once Customer approves the E-mandate/e-NACH from our Finance partners, it creates a binding contract with Medvarsity and creates liability for the customer to pay EMIs to the finance partner.
- Customer will get the Course login access after submitting the necessary documents required for loan processing with Finance partner/Medvarsity after e-mandate approval.
You may change your mind within seven (7) calendar days of purchase, well before materials have been provided to you, downloaded, streamed, or otherwise accessed. If you do wish to cancel, please contact us via email.
Fees once paid will not be refunded after completion of the 7-day free look period from the date of login credentials issued. Fee transfer to another person is not entertained under any circumstances. From the 7th day of enrolment to 3 weeks, change of course, can be accommodated and beyond 3 weeks, the amount paid will not be adjusted or refunded.

The student has to submit the documents within 15 days of activation or before downloading the certificate.
For courses where CP is applicable, the student has to submit the documents within 15 days of activation or else eligibility for CP/VIVA will lapse.
Post submitting the documents, if we identify that the student is ineligible for the course, then the course will be deactivated. The fees paid will not be refunded.
If a student’s degree certificate or MCI recognition is expected within 6 months for medical courses and within the course duration for all non-medical courses, then you can complete the admission process by taking a conditional admission letter.
The refund is not applicable in scenarios where the student is not able to submit the documents on or before downloading the certificates.
The refund would not be possible if the details mentioned in the application form and the documents do not match.
Refund policy would not be applicable if the course is accredited by partner universities like eCornell, Amity University, ATI, and Singhania University.
The refund of the duplicate payment made by the customer will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) within 5 to 7 working days after intimation by the customer.
Note: All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the refund request.
- Processing fee paid for loan case will not be refunded in case of cancellations.
- 10% of the course fee shall be charged along with NBFC charges for any loan case cancellations.
- The courses that are applicable for contact programs shall be conducted in batches. Hence, there is a possibility of course duration extension.
- We have the right to cancel, postpone or reschedule the contact programs due to external factors like floods, pandemic, earthquakes, and others.
- The dates shall be informed prior via email, and the student needs to confirm it in order to make the necessary arrangements else it would be considered as a lost chance.
- If a student fails to attend the contact program, we aren’t responsible, and the student would be accommodated in the next available batch.
- A student has to start and complete the contact program within the course duration, and a maximum extension of 2 months would be provided.
- Students will neither be allowed to the CP nor would the certificate be issued if there’s any fee pending.
- A student with 90% of attendance in contact program shall only get the certificate.
- A verified logbook would be provided to the students which has to be submitted by them to Medvarsity with trainer signature as a proof of accomplishing the contact program.
- Before attending the VIVA, all the online modules have to be completed.
- To extend the contact program for 2 months, students will be liable to pay 10% of the course fee.
- To opt for a contact program exemption, student has to have minimum experience in a relevant field. An exemption shall be decided by the academic head. (No CP exemption for Fellowship in Emergency Medicine and MC-Diabetes Mellitus Courses and Internal Medicine courses).
All the courses that we provide have online assessments, and students have to ensure to complete them within the course duration and with a minimum of 60%.
The pattern of the assessments is through MCQs.
Every student will get a total of 3 attempts for the final assessments, and there is no number of attempts for the module assessments.
Medvarsity no longer provides a physical copy of the certificate at the end of the course. A high-resolution version of the certificate can be downloaded from the LMS by the student.

For FEM Viva there are 3 stations trauma, non-trauma or medicine, and ACLS and it’s required to get 50% in the individual station (if a student fails to clear in any one station the other two will also be considered to fail). For MCDM, Viva is a clinical scenario and the student will have to interpret 2 cases from each examiner and a minimum of 50% is required in individual cases.

- FEM Theory is conducted in respective training hospitals.
Viva Results and Certification: Offline Viva results shall be announced on mail to each student within 30 days from the date of the viva, and the certificate will be available for download on the kite for passed students. Note: There is no re-evaluation policy for both online and offline examinations. Failing candidates need to retake their examination
