Reschedule Policy

Medvarsity makes every effort to avoid schedule changes to your clinical practice sessions where possible; however they can occur and may have an impact on your training plans. In the event of a schedule change you will be contacted by your customer care professional at Medvarsity and all efforts will be made to accommodate you in the next scheduled training slot.

If Medvarsity is unable to accommodate you in the following three clinical practice slots or you choose not to attend these, a 30 day credit voucher of an equivalent value will be issued to you. Standard refund policy will come into act once all options have been exhausted.
